I am not a born dancer. I know what it feels like to be a klutz. In fact, the moment of my greatest personal humiliation came at a fifth grade “square dance” when Larry Zimberg said he’d rather eat dirt than hold my sweaty, trembling hand.
And so, no one is more surprised than I am right now that my greatest JOY is being on the dance floor teaching, calling and dancing the traditional American dances and play party games I love with my heart and soul.

I specialize in creating joy, making community, and allowing everyone I come in contact with to experience the pure pleasure of dance.
